Tournament information

1-date&time : 12\12\2025 – at 10:00 AM

Confirm Participant start at 09:00 AM

2-Deck list must be sent A minimum of four days before the above date

3-Registration must be done with the participant having an official ID and an original set of cards

4-Tournament Format : an Advanced formate with the last update for the Forbidden & Limited Lists 27/10/2025

5-Must use game Accessories (card sleeves , gamemate , etc.) only from the parent company (konami) for the art accessories .

You can use any other item you like, provided that it does not contain any art or Unconditional use of game rights

6-The tournament is official, meaning all official rules will be strictly applied, taking into account the following

*-The player receives a (warning) when commit any error or behavior that is considered unsportsmanlike or harmful to the general environment of the event

*-It turns into a (strike) when repeated or to single lose

*-When you get three strikes (the player get a single lose )

*-four strikes (the player get a match lose )

*-five strikes  (the player get a DQ) disqualified from the event

Note:
Any player engaging in misconduct that affects the continuity or integrity of the event will have an immediate report sent to KONAMI and will be disqualified from all future events without exception.

7-Entry Fee :

*-40000 iqd = 28.5$

Tournament style

The tournament will be organized according to the swiss style with 7 round or 8 round According to the number of participants

The official time for each round is 45 minutes (best of three round)

Event police

1-When you register and participate, you allow us to share the photos and videos that you appear in it.

Sponsors and owners also have the right to do so.

2-You must ensure that the information entered in the registration Form is correct

3-The player must be elegant

And take care of personal hygiene

You should refrain from wearing slippers and pajamas, and stick to somewhat formal clothes

4-Remain calm during, before and after the event

5-When there is any disagreement regarding the player’s or rules, the player is obligated to raise his hand only.

6-If the judge decision is not appropriate or appropriate to your opinion for any reason.

7-The player does not have the right to request additional time
A player can complain about slow play

9-The player must pay attention to the table number assigned to him as well as the identity of his opponent,

10-Recording scores is the player’s responsibility

However, in all cases,

if the result is not set within a maximum of five minutes from the end of the match,

the players are considered losers.

The result of matches can be set in two ways :
The first is by going to the score recorder in the event and recording the result
The second is through Konami platforms, which we will inform you about later
